Pilot request privacy

These service offers are operated by Eduardo Moreno. The pilot request form collects your name, email, company, workflow description and the campaign/source code in the page link, when present.

Your request is stored in our Cloudflare database and emailed through Resend to the offer’s Google Workspace inbox to assess fit and respond about the engagement. The inbox also forwards a copy to Eduardo’s account for handling. Limited connection information is used to prevent form abuse. It is not displayed publicly. No payment is collected through these pages. The form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Please do not submit confidential documents, personal records about other people, controlled government information or regulated technical data. Operational documents are exchanged only after written handling terms cover access, retention and deletion. The handling plan names the storage accounts, people with access, AI tools and settings, and a deletion date for working copies. Project working copies are deleted at pilot end or on request under that agreement; provider retention limits are disclosed before exchange. We do not publish request details or reuse submitted documents for other customers without permission.

To update, withdraw or request deletion of your submission, email eduardo@recordsanswerdesk.com from the same email address and include your request reference. We may ask you to verify the email before acting.

These pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, which receives ordinary connection information when those files are requested. These pages do not use advertising pixels. The hosting provider may process ordinary operational logs under its own policies.
